When you use Caretly to enhance text:

• Your text is sent securely to our AI processing service
• The enhanced version is returned to you immediately
• Your original and enhanced text are not permanently stored
• Your content is never used to train AI models
• Your text is never shared publicly or with third parties

We take security seriously:

• All data transmission is encrypted using TLS/SSL
• Authentication is handled via industry-standard OAuth providers
• We use secure, reputable cloud infrastructure
• Access to user data is strictly limited to essential personnel

We use carefully selected third-party services:

• AI Processing: We use enterprise-grade AI APIs (such as Groq) to enhance your text. These providers do not use customer data for training.
• Authentication: Supabase for secure user authentication.
• Payments: Polar under Stripe for secure payment processing. We never see your full card details.
• Analytics: Vercel Analytics for anonymous, privacy-respecting usage insights.

You have full control over your data:

• Access: Request a copy of your account data at any time.
• Deletion: Delete your account and all associated data.
• Portability: Export your data in a standard format.
• Correction: Update your account information anytime.
