By accessing or using Caretly ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Caretly is operated by Ab.Ashour ("we", "us", or "our"). The Service includes our Chrome extension, website at caretly.ink, and all related APIs and services.

Caretly is a text enhancement tool that helps you optimize your writing for various platforms including LinkedIn, Email, X (Twitter), Resumes, Blogs, and Websites. The Service:

• Enhances selected text using AI technology
• Provides platform-specific optimization templates
• Offers tone adjustments for your content
• Works as a Chrome browser extension

To access certain features of the Service, you may need to create an account. When you create an account:

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• You may not share your account credentials with others

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Generate spam, phishing content, or malicious communications
• Create content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Generate illegal, harmful, or deceptive content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the Service
• Circumvent usage limits or access restrictions

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You retain full ownership of all text you submit to the Service. By using Caretly:

• You grant us a limited license to process your text for enhancement
• This license exists only for the duration of processing
• We do not claim ownership of your input or output content
• You are responsible for the content you submit and how you use the enhanced output

Caretly offers both free and paid plans:

• Free Plan: Limited enhancements per day at no cost.
• Pro Plan: Unlimited enhancements with a monthly or yearly subscription.

For paid plans:

• Payments are processed securely through Polar under Stripe
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• You can cancel anytime from your account settings
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

Caretly uses AI technology to enhance your text. Please be aware:

• AI may occasionally produce unexpected or inaccurate results
• You should review all enhanced content before use
• You are responsible for verifying important information
• AI suggestions are not professional advice (legal, medical, financial, etc.)

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without notice, for conduct that we believe:

• Violates these Terms
• Is harmful to other users or the Service
• Is illegal or exposes us to legal liability

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, through binding arbitration.
